Robert Kiyosaki inspired Sunday Property Run. Killing two birds with one stone made easy! Would you like to not only get fit in 2013 but also research an area whilst running with fellow property enthusiasts i.e. make running buddies and pick their brain at the same time? My life is all about property. However leading a busy lifestyle means that I hardly ever get a chance to exercise. On the other hand whenever I go running I always look out for agents’ boards, properties that are being redevelop …

Whenever I can I get out of London on Sunday morning and walk in beautiful countryside for 10 - 15 km. My routine has been to meet my walking companion(s) at Baker Street Tube at 9:30 on a Sunday and then travel by tube, train or car for no more than 1 hour out of London. We take sandwiches and drinks and do not plan to visit pubs etc on the way. A picnic in the woods or fields …

I want to start a 'salon' on at least one Sunday afternoon each month, rather like an old fashioned 'at home' - you are invited for a traditional tea party; cucumber sandwiches, freshly baked scones and clotted cream, delicious cakes, a selection of different teas such as a first flush darjeeling or a tippy Assam, and perhaps a glass of fizz. I normally teach classes around this subject and love hosting parties. Stimulating conversation and an exchange of ideas and thoughts are welcomed.

I started this group because I, like many others, sometimes find it difficult to motivate myself to train solo, especially for the long rides, or the long runs. I'd like to think this group could potentially have enough people so that anyone around London could find someone to train with at any time, whether it's the conventional cycle at 9am Sunday morning, or a less than conventional open-water swim at 2am on a December morning, although I'd question the motives of that one! Anyone can join, …
